Bonus Break Rental Weeks

Units at resorts not booked by owners 17 weeks (approximately 4 months) prior to check-in day for that week become available for rent with the rental availability shown in the table below.  If a rental rate is shown, then a unit is available for that week at that resort at the stated price. (The table is updated daily)  

Bookings for a part week can be made within 21 days prior to the check-in date for that week. Part week booking rates are available on request and have a two night minimum stay. Part week rates start at $80 per night for a stuido to $170 per night for a 3 bedroom unit. Contact Monad Reservations for up-to-date prices.

Some resorts have permanent rental units available and are shown with specific unit numbers. eg. Club Paihia units 20 and 36. These numbered units may be booked up to 32 weeks in advance.

For vacancies outside the 17 or 32 week booking period please call Monad.

While Guest Certificates can be issued to allow an owner's guests or family members to stay at the resort, they cannot be issued for people under the age of 21.

The rates shown are for owners and their families at any Monad managed resort. Rates for non-owners are available upon request.
