Timeshare Management

Units at resorts not booked by owners 13 weeks (appoximately 3 months) prior to the week become available for rent. Rental availability at resorts over the next 13 weeks are shown in the table below.  If a rental rate is shown this indicates that a unit is available for that week at that resort at the stated price when the availabilities were updated.  Bookings are only taken for a full week until 21 days prior to the week when part week bookings (minimum two nights at all resorts) will be accepted.  Part week bookings rates are available on request. 

Some resorts have permanent rental units available. These units are shown with specific unit numbers on the schedule below. eg. Club Paihia units 20 and 36. These specific units may be booked up to 32 weeks in advance. For availabities outside 13 weeks (approximately 3 months) please call Monad.

Individuals under the age of 21 are not eligible to receive a guest certificate.

The rates shown are for owners at any Monad managed resort. Rates for non-owners are available upon request.

To confirm a rental booking call Monad toll free on 0508 578 888 between 8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday - Friday.  Rentals must be paid for at the time of booking.
