Bonus Break Rental Weeks

The table below shows the rental accommodation that is available over the next 20 weeks at the timeshare resorts managed by Monad Pacific Management in New Zealand. Accommodation not booked by owners 20 weeks prior to check-in day becomes available for rental at the rate shown. If no amount is shown, then there is no availability.

Some resorts have units permanently available for rental and these units are shown with specific unit numbers. eg. Club Paihia units 20 and 36. These permanent rental units may be booked up to 32 weeks (8 months) in advance. For availability of these units further in advance of the 20 week booking period please call Monad Reservations.

Bookings can also be made for a part week stay, but only 21 days prior to the check-in date for that week. These are indicated in yellow on the chart and have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Part week rental rates start at $80 per night.

Rates shown are for owners at Monad managed resorts as well as their families. Rates for non-owners are available upon request.

Availabilities - as at 24 May 2013 (updated weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons).  Rentals must be paid for at the time of booking.
