3. RENTAL (BONUS) TIME AT ANY MONAD MANAGED RESORT
Rental (Bonus) Time of extra nights or weeks of time at a Monad managed resort is an extra benefit of ownership at a Monad managed property. Family and friends can also stay, but the owner must be in residence for them to be eligable for the owners rate. Rental Time is available from $300 per full week, depending on the size of the unit and the time of the year requested. Rental Weeks can be confirmed up to 8 months in advance, but are subject to availability.

Rental Nights are available to any owner of a Monad managed resort. They start from $60 per night for a minimum of 2 nights, they are subject to availability and they can only be booked up to 21 days in advance. Rental Time can be purchased at almost all of the resorts managed by Monad and is generally most available during the first half of the year when the resorts are less fully booked.
